“At Third Molar University, we believe every dentist has untapped potential just waiting to be unlocked. After witnessing countless practices refer out their most profitable procedures, I recognized the need for a tailored solution to help dentists retain those opportunities in-house. Many dental professionals face challenges in building the confidence, skillset, and systems required to handle these cases, resulting in missed revenue and growth potential.
As a dentist myself, I often felt unfulfilled performing routine general dental procedures. I wanted to achieve something greater. This drive led me to purchase Wisdom Teeth Only and transition to the full-time removal of third molars in 2007. Since then, I have removed over 300,000 wisdom teeth, reducing my operating time from 1 hour per patient to just 8 minutes. This transformation has enabled me to complete about 70 third molar cases each week while working only two surgery days—allowing me to reclaim both my time and my freedom.
While I continue to practice and find immense satisfaction in delivering exceptional care to my patients, I discovered a newfound passion for teaching in 2018. My goal was to teach dentists, like myself, how to remove third molars safely, effectively, and efficiently. To date, I have had the privilege of teaching over 400 dentists.
Now, Third Molar University takes that education to the next level. We don’t just teach dentists how to extract third molars—we partner with them to help them achieve true mastery. Our program has helped practices nationwide attain financial and clinical success.”

Dr. Heath Hendrickson, D.D.S
Founder, Clinical Director
Dr. Heath Hendrickson, a Utah native, has dedicated his career to mastering the art of third molar removal. A graduate of Creighton University Dental School, he began his journey in 2002 with Synergy Dental, specializing in full-mouth rehabilitative dentistry.
In 2007, Dr. Hendrickson transitioned to exclusively removing third molars, acquiring Wisdom Teeth Only and performing over 300,000 extractions and 60,000 sedations since.
Outside the office, Dr. Hendrickson enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and creating memories with his family.
Dr. Daniel Binkowski, D.D.S
Clinical Instructor
Dr. Binkowski is the owner and operator of Iowa Wisdom Teeth. He is a Creighton University School of Dentistry graduate with additional surgery and IV sedation training completed in the USAF AEGD program in 2011.
He has served on active duty in Nebraska, Alaska, and Qatar. Dr. Binkowski is currently a Lt. Col. and serves as the chief of dental services at his Iowa Air National Guard unit.
Working closely with a CRNA, Dr. Binkowski excels at providing extremely quick, painless wisdom tooth removal for patients of all ages under IV Deep sedation. He routinely removes 13-15 sets of wisdom teeth per day, with the majority of surgeries completed in under 15 minutes. He has extensive experience at removing an extremely wide range of different types of impacted wisdom teeth with over 50,000 wisdom teeth removed in the last 14 years bringing providing a variation in methods of removal of different type of impactions to students.

Jen Frame
Surgical Assistant Instructor
With over 22 years of experience assisting in oral surgery, Jen is dedicated to helping dental practices implement sedation services with confidence and precision. Since co-founding DAIVMS – Dental Assisting in IV Moderate Sedation – in 2021 she has successfully trained dozens of dental teams, achieving a 100% success rate in inspection preparedness. She thrives on seeing staff build confidence and excitement as they master new skills.
A lover of adventure, Jen enjoys road trips in her Sprinter van, scuba diving, and exploring the beauty of Utah and beyond with her family.
